Now owner of Media Management, J.R. Olivero works as a contracted Consultant and Media Advisor bringing wide-ranging communication expertise across multiple lines of business. J.R. serves the strategic communication, organizational change management, training development and media development needs of corporations, the U.S. Military, state and federal agencies, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech and financial industries.

Debbie serves as our contract liaison, coordinating all deliverables for our clients. More notably, Debbie is also a world-class voice-over talent and narrator. With a voice age range from 20-50, Debbie has performed narrative voice work for the PBS documentary series Death In America, Vueve Clicquot, Jamster.com, NASCAR, Paisan's Pizza and in the Washington DC area, she's the voice on all of the MARC and VRE commuter train lines and ticket machines.
Ken's central expertise is in the studio as a Producer. Ken creates original music tracks for documentary work, radio commercials, jingles and anything else that requires a music bed. Ken is also a commercial voice-over talent and narrator heard on several award-winning broadcast programs on PBS.
